Do you have your own insurance. Give the claim to them. I do not believe you will be able to collect from the Taxi Company. They seem fraudulent to me. However, file a Judgment against them and then hire a collection company to hound them for the next 10 years.

My Car was totaled I already won the small claim against the taxi company itself i just need advice on collecting the debt
