Thank you Mr. Shusterman. I filed for my son in 2005. I guess that' s not covered by 245i. Is there any other way he can adjust? He also obtained a college degree here in the US, would that matter? Both me and my daughter are citizens...does that help his case?

Also, my son arrived in the US on Sep 2000, and received his I visa at 08/2001.
