This doctor is suspended in Porto Rico and pending suspension in US. He has pending cases with the DCA in the US already. Change any thoughts regarding that?

The doctor told my wife that most complaints are because the outcome is too small, so he went big on purpose. He went directly against my wife because he thought she would want a bigger size. Now she is 5'2", from 114 to 120 lbs, and has a D to DD cup. It's not funny when you see her. It's ridiculous.
