if the agreement states that the landlord will estimate the annnual utility costs, divide by 12 months as a budget "toward " utilities. In May the landlord will calculate if they went over or under budget and adjust accordingly. the house is shared with the landlord, after the tenamt moved in she wants to see the bills. Do I have to show them to her ? I have made a list of all oil deliveries & the cost for each month & given that to her. in MA do I need to prove to her that I am honest by showing her every bill ?
