Thank you all for your responses. You have pointed me in the right direction and it was/is my intent to bring an attorney on board very soon. I've manged to get this case through this far but I do not want to lose anything on a technicality I may miss. I felt we would have settled by now but based on their actions, etc., my willingness to settle outside of trial is no longer there. I'm going to let them rack up their legal costs and let the jury decide.
