He was arrested . He had stabbed two other people but I believe he got charged with a 245a for a blunt object but wen I went to his court date they said he was out and it was dropped

That sounds odd. You should contact the DA's office directly or consult with a local attorney to represent you as the victim of a crime.

Even if he is out and his case is dropped he didn't get. Bailed out
