--you have no criminal bars to admission as a lawful permanent resident (LPR);
--you have no bars created by past instances of fraud or misrepresentation;
--you have no bars created by past immigration violations---for example, you weren't deported in the past, or accumulated more than a year of unlawful presence in the U.S., then departed and returned, without a waiver for the past unlawful presence;
--you have no medical bars to admission;
--your wife, or you wife and a co-sponsor, are qualified to file an affidavit of support on your behalf.
