My apologies. I read your comment supplementing your original answer a bit too quickly and did not correctly apprehend that you already had an attorney as you did in fact state. My comment regarding the need to immediately contact "a qualified attorney" was not intended as a comment upon the quality of him or her or the advice you have been rendered, as I wrote same to you under the misapprehension that you did not yet have an attorney. My apologies to all concerned.

Actually, why haven't you asked your attorney these questions?
The truth is I think he should have told me before hand and did not so I started doing my own search thru different sites and legal help; he said he does not do appeals, and on the motion he filed I think he also included the part to " Vacate judgement" and else; in my case, also the truh is the "bank attorneys" have not been quite "ethicals", in the most, the process has been fabricated for them and filled of fraudulent writings, the default note by itself has been wrongly figured, whose base figures are not the same on the note because they used a different amount from the one on the note, I am convinced my "motion to quash service" and my affidavit, are based on the "truth" of the facts contained in it. I was not served and they did not produce an honest dilligent search, I do not understand how could the court system work like this. Thank you for your advice.
The motion filed was a MOTION TO QUASH SERVICE, VACATE DEFAULT AND JUDGEMENT... it was very well prepared and complete. Very Professional.
I am happy to hear that you have reviewed the work which your attorney had done for you, and found that it was to your liking. The public's perception of lawyers at the present time...maybe since there were lawyers, actually, LOL, , ....is a rather dim one. That is not always an unfair assessment of a given lawyer, but it is an unfair generalization, as I truly believe that a great many of my colleagues strive to do the absolutely best work possible for their clients, often at the expense of most of their respective personal lives....hence, the incredibly high rate of divorce among legal professionals (well, that an the constant arguing...LOL). Good luck and I was happy to hear the positive feedback.
All the best,
