If you failed to appear at a court hearing then you were ordered removed in absentia. There are special rules that must be followed to vacate absentia orders. The reason, not appearing at a court hearing. It was ordered in 2007 after that they gave me tps for 90 days but i did not leave and moved to PR since 2008
