Generally I would agree, but this area is so competitive with big hitters Netflix, Apple, Blockbuster, On Demand from Charter & Comcast, etc. that I would feel remiss in not saying the odds are super slim, in effect saying "you can't." A confident entrepreneur with the next big thing will not let "you can't" deter him or her.
