thank u .. as said my daughter was at the curb and pinned between the curb n the car so the officer said she the "driver was to close to the side walk im going crazy trying to get at least for the moment the pip which pays the medical bills up to 8000 I just was so unclear about the liability law as I do have some criminal justice experience
