my daughter was on her bike with her brother they crossed the st rite as they were at the curb on our side of the st its also a one way a fast traveling vehicle struck my daughter and pinned her bike and my lil grl between the car and the curb

the attn. I spoke to said the insurance company would argue that its my daughters fault and another attn. told me I would need to find a personal injury attn. that is willing to fight the fight that it was indeed the fast traveling drivers fault as she was to close to the the curb
