As noted in my response, the Supreme Court has reviewed the Federal Circuit's Bilski's decision [the case you cite]. You should NOT rely on the Federal Circuit's decision but rather read the Supreme Court's decision [see http://goo.gl/ZknDE ] and then the subsequent Federal Circuit decisions that have applied the Supreme Court's Bilski decision. Or not -- and spend the time and money to hire a patent attorney whose already done this research and thought through the matter.
