The courts consider a contract "the meeting of the minds" of the parties. If the written agreement is not what was agreed, the question then becomes "did you sign it anyway." Some courts take a dim view of parties that sign agreements that they have not read. If you signed it knowing that it was not written as negotiated, you may be stuck.
