Sorry, I don't see the connection between CIS taking their time processing an AOS and 'losing' your daughter.

But, if you have strong fears .... hire an attorney.

Really? Ok.... If I were denied a green card and ordered to leave the country, my ex husband would fight to keep her and since she is a American citizen and so is he, I feared he would win.

Although it is good to get second opinions ...you can never get a 'good' second opinion without having both attorneys review all of the same immigration papers ... partial facts posted on an internet blog aren't the same thing.
