What a relief about the Fresh Start program. I'm in the process of appealing a claim for unemployment as well. I'll let you know how that progresses if that is OK. If that goes through, maybe I can do $700 a month but then I'd have to cancel my COBRA (the premium is through the roof of course). That's hard because my husband and I are working on our first baby. That might have to be pushed aside a year or 2 though, the way it looks. I'll let you know what happens with unemployment, but feel we should meet and talk about the taxes. Your title says "New York Tax", do you handle taxes in NJ as well? Would it be OK if I called you tomorrow? Thank you, Mr. Fazzio, JD for your time. It is so much appreciated. I hope we can work together. I know the service is not free, but if you can write down the fees, maybe my husband and you can both sign it. (Just following everyone's advice on here, hope that's cool). Hope you had a great Thanksgiving! I hope to touch base with you soon. Thank you for your time.
Respect and best wishes.
Out of curiousity, your resume says "Protecting your house from Medicaid". I think you spoke at a seminar in 2008? Can you please tell me a little about what that was and what the outcome was? Thank you, Mr. John Fazzio, Esquire.
Hi Mr. Fazzio. I can not find your phone number or email and am willing to be put on a payment plan for the IRS. I have collected all the proper documentation but have no clue how to refile.
My e-mail address is firstname.lastname@example.org. My phone number is (609) 868-8953. I would be willing to discuss the possibility of representing you. I would probably ask you to meet with my paralegal and myself at either my office in Jersey City or Mahwah. Please call me to discuss.
