I actually just found out that the Appeals court is moving forward without a pre-hearing. What exactly does this mean? Will I be allowed a case on the merits, where I can bring out my evidence in the complaint?
During the Circuit Court dismissal hearing, I was under the impression (bad advice, I guess) that I was not allowed to bring out my evidence and that I was just fighting the dismissal on Standing and jurisdiction, so I didn't really go in to my evidence that clearly proves that judge's decision wrong..

Fraud is one of the causes of action in my case, along with dereliction of duty, negligence among a couple others. I really need to get this other evidence introduced, it will 100% prove my case, isn't there any way possible to do this?
