I agree with my colleague here. His strategy is accurate.

But is there any way to show the Appeals Court was wrong in it's decision, BY MY NEW EVIDENCE, and have them remand it back to the Circuit Court and id that's any way possible, would there also be any kind of way of amending my complaint, to add in that new evidence?

I did ask the Circuit Court for the alternative to amend in case of dismissal and it's in the court transcript and in my brief of pleadings (I think that's what he called it. just a paper I took with me on the date of the hearing, which he entered into the record.)

I've been looking for a lawyer since January and can not find one. Have the money but no one wants it! Pretty Sad!

I was also told in the court decision that if I have more evidence to prove a certain thing in my claim, that it would have made a difference, which I now have that proof...that I didn't have before...
