I am not an orthodontist or dentist. I am a blogger. How does your answer change as a result of this new information.

My answer was intended to goive some general information about issues to address. Really it does not change. I would strongly suggest a consultation with an attorney and that you consider the issues I raised in advance which may help you to be more focused when you retain counsel so as to have a more efficient (and therefore hopefully cost efficient) discussion. You are doing the right thing seeking counsel. But, for the specific information you seek, I would say that this forum is limited and you really need to take that next step and speak with qualified counsel in detail.

What types of insurance protect me if my site was ever hacked and the content or link structure of my site was changed?

Asker: There are various types of insurance, including intellectual property infringement insurance--(and you absolutely need an intellectual property audit by counsel before launching this blog). But the best "insurance" is laying the proper legal foundation by working with counsel. A "blogger" is nothing more or less than a publisher--and any publisher needs a lawyer on speed dial.
