Absolutely. Most attorneys would not have bothered pursuing that case. DRM was foolish and they paid the price.

McAfee was an appeal of an award of attorney's fees in a 1983 (federal civil rights action) case which arose from malicious prosecution of a dog bite victim. I don't see how it would apply to this case, but I do agree with Ben and everyone else that a qualified attorney is needed to evaluate the case.
