Even more unfortunate is that it is very common in NC for our checkpoints to have the Intoxilyzer located in the BAT mobile on the road.

Unfortunately, a lot of the challenges available in other states to the Intox EC/IR II machine are not available in North Carolina, which is one of the worst states procedurally when it comes to DWI defense.
