he waited 6 months before telling me he couldnt represent me anymore hes trying to charge me 600.00 for filling papers to the court i won the case with another firm i hired now my check is being held up by lawyer #1 because he wont sighn it ?? sighn for fees that i feel are way to high and it was hard enough for the firm im with now to pick up after waiting so long.
i feel i should pay the only filling fees and thats it but $600

any advice would totally help me out .. for my own personal knowledge
