You do not have to give a reason for not wanting to talk to him. He will likely say many things to try to pressure you to feel like you need to answer the questions. Stand firm to your decision not to talk to him.
Yes, the situation can certainly create an uncomfortable atmosphere at your job if the incident was related to your workplace. From what you are describing, there is nothing you can do about that at this point.

OK so I can call him back before he show up on my job and let him know i don't want to talk to him? what about if he ask me the reason why i don't want to talk to him? how can i get a lawyer? By the way they know were I work at. can i that be a problem?
