Usually its 30 days but what if you have harassment issues from the Plaintiff at state level? Like duress, attempted murder, death threats, vandalism, theft of articles, stalking and you've gone to law enforcement no one will do anythi g etc...I know these are not common cases but it is happening in mine. Basically CA gave my kid to Penn State officials...and these people have illegal business in Iran---quasi-Iranian diplomats. I am too poor to ever get a lawyer..can I remove late?
