the reason this is so important to me is because every time I get in contact with her to see my fun she puts a restraining order against me saying that I hit/pushed her. that was only the first incident there was another I haven't seen my son in over a year because of the second restraining order she also lied about saying that I pushed her. by the failed to meet the court date to protest that restraining order. she was supposed to meet me at the police station for the exchanges but she will not do it. in the restraining order it said that the payment arrangement stays in affect I'm supposed to see my son every other weekend she will not answer her phone, and until recently I didn't know where they lived. there's a lot more to the case I probably would need your email in order to discuss this further.

From that description it sounds like you should talk to a family law attorney about parenting time enforcement. You can get a recommendation through the bar at (503) 684-3763. Good luck.
