I have actually seen an unsigned Will admitted in probate, here in Michigan. It does not sound like it would fly under Georgia law, though.

No, it wouldn't. Georgia does not recognize a holographic Will or a purported Will which is not signed (and witnessed) under the correct formalities.

That is what I thought. We are much more liberal in that regard, here in Michigan.
