Great answer. I am also, anxious for my trial date for a personal injury that I had on dec 2010. I fell and broke my ankle in 3 places and had to get a hardware in my ankle. my attorney and I already went to mediation but the defendant said that they were'nt ready to settle so we are taking it to trial. problem is that when you can't work and your bills are pilling up, you get very impatient. and you want for the case to be over so that IF you get compensation for your injury, you can pay off all your bills. especially when you have an 8 yrs. old. I am a single mother and it's very hard. :)
