Thank you.Mr. Palumbo. I know my doctor has rto be careful, but I I'm still worried The DMV can just make any decision they feel like. That is what bothers me. The NYC is hard up for money & I feel I will be picked on with all kinds of things for me to do like 5hr driving classes, tests, etc etc.......... when that should not apply to me with my good record (DMV) & no violations, accidents etc..

Look, no one can really help you here unless you retain us to assist you in this matter. We need to look at the form, look up the rules and regulations, consult with your doctor, contact the DMV, etc. No one is going to go in depth for free and we certainly cannot advise you to the level that you want to be advised in this piecemeal fashion. For example, I do not even know what you mean when you say "I no unpaid tickets, speeding, Drug arrest etc etc etc....." If you want legal help, you are going to have to retain someone to represent you it's just that simple.
