I was supposed to pay for my share of the eval, but there was noting about his parents paying it or me paying them back in the stipulation.
How would going to trail work? He will go to mediation, but not until I pay his parents.

If the case was filed in King county, the trial date has already been set -- 11 months after the date of filing.

Our son is two and this would be the 3rd version of a permanent parenting plan. This stipulation was not court ordered. There is not trial set and the judge said that if he saw us back in court any time soon he would hold whom ever in contempt.

My attorney also quit in the middle of this.

I'm sorry t disagree, but in King County any time you file a Petition for Dissolution, Petition for modification or a Petition to establish a residential schedule, they automatically issue a case schedule upon payment of the filing fee unless of course you missed the trial date and failed to appear which usually results in a dismissal of the case. You need t hire counsel. It sounds like you have angered the trial Judge which will not work to your benefit.

The judge yelled at us both when my ex tried to say I was mentally abusing our son last Jan. The case was thrown out. This eval was given to us in Sept 2012. So this is new. The evaluator asked my ex to submit it to the court. He said nothing about a trail date.

Check the status of your case here. Put in the cause number which is found at the right hand top of the first page of a pleading and put the county in where it says.County. This will give you the docket to determine if your case has been dismissed or if there is a pending trial date. http://dw.courts.wa.gov/index.cfm?fa=home.superiorSearch&terms=accept&flashform=0

IS it a King County case?

Yes, it is. This wasn't a court ordered, it was agreed upon during mediation last spring. Would that make a difference. Maybe he hasn't filled it yet or doesn't know how?

This is impossible -- you need to see an attorney. A mediation agreement is not a court order and cannot be filed unless there is an active case. You say the Judge yelled at you, so there must be a case. Please schedule an in-person consultation with an attorney -- either you are not understanding what I am saying or I am not understanding what you are saying. That's why trying to get information on-lone is always problematic.
