I think I am mostly concerned with how to file for ijunctive relief. I cannot afford a lawyer right now. It appears that he has not colplied with the statute.

Best place to get the gouge, the forms, and the guidance will be the clerk's office at the court where you intend to file--likley available online too. But going to the court to have a talk with the clerk's office can help smooth out the bumps in filing.
