Thanks Ms Kroll. I am actually from the UK. I had to put 'California' as a State because I couldn't put the UK. So my next question is this, "Are the rules different in the UK?"

Gosh, I wish I could assist but I don't know the rules in the UK, I would ask AVVO what they are doing to expand their services to the UK ... or more simply, maybe there's a chat board for UK labor questions.
