Okay, so it is legal, but wouldn't an attorney see it as a potential problem? Attorneys are a father daughter team. When we meet with the father, and told him some of the things the girlfriend had done, he said that he wished he had known when the will was being drawn. Daughter has a completely different approach. Tells us to back off and let her do her job. Doesn't want to hear from us. Will meet with the girlfriend privately, but will not even consider having a meeting with all of us together. It is just very strange.
