Mom watched her remove and then turn to leave, Mom spoke to her and she turned to Mom and said, Oh I think he pulled his mask off, you probably want to put it back on! Then she scurried out of the room! What nurse would tell you to put it back on, that's what she was suppose to do. I heard about nurses that do this type of thing I just never thought it would happen to us. He died 2 days later. We told our doctor about a month later and he said, he wished we had told him immediately. Nothing was done.
