Then you need to address that in specific. The issue would be the use the employer makes of the information, not the fact that it has the information. There are dozens of potential violations of law depending on what use the employer is making of the info. One possibility is if the employer interferes with your ability to earn a living. If this is your situation, you will need to consult privately with an attorney.

I never signed a consent form or any other forms waiving my rights. They just took the hardcopy of my resume and did whatever they wanted to do with it.
