For registering a complaint against Davison about this see http://www.uspto.gov/inventors/scam_prevention/index.jsp#heading-3 If you do it right so it would otherwise get published, Davison will likely buy your silence by providing a full refund to keep that complaint off the PTO website. Use the system to advantage. That's what it's there for. And, in the unlikely even they do not refund, you will help warn others.
