Yes the 2nd insurance company said they would only pay 75% of her physical therapy bills due to having a neck sprain previously and that was a shared injury. But they agreed to pay 100% of the remaining bills. The first insurance company hasn't responded with what I submitted them today..I'm sure it just takes time and thats ok with me. But the 2nd ins adjuster has been very pushy from day one he took over the claim.
