Now would be a good time for you to try to negotiate with your landlord to work things out. If you are unable to work things out, you should immediately seek legal assistance once you receive the summary process complaint at which point you will be able to present any defenses and counterclaims that might defeat your landlord's attempt to regain possession of your unit.

landlord can afford attorny right now....i can not proceed without one even given how this landlord and there law firm work....these landlords have us poor tenants over a barrell

would love to have an attorny right now....but legal services says that i am in limbo land between notice to quit and I have yet to receive summary and process.....only can help when i have recievd summ/process.........I can afford one other wise
