Thank you for answering my question. Your answer is very helpful.

Feeding a member of the opposite sex is intimate act. And according to my girlfriend thats the "hidden meaning" for his actions.

If "feeding me" refers to oral sex, your girlfriend should report this to human resources immediately; she may have to explain the meaning of the term because it sure wasn't clear to me, just as it wasn't clear to Mr. Madison. Hopefully HR will take care of the situation. If not, she should contact one or more experienced employment law attorneys to determine if the level of harassment is legally actionable.

She should keep a log of all of the co-worker's comments, starting with the day the first comment was made. She should write down the date, time, what was said or done, who said or did it, and any witnesses. She should include the dates and details of complaints she made to HR, her boss or anyone. She should keep the log at home, not at work, because you never know what will "disappear." This log may be valuable in the future if she has to pursue legal action.

The way "Feed me" was used in this situation was not oral sex but "can you feed me this cake".

Feeding someone is intimate. I know my girlfriend doesn't want some other girls to me.

I like the log book idea. I will keep track of things. If he continues to mess up. I will filed a case against him.
