As far as your last sentence goes, about what a careful doc would do in the same circumstances. Her old doctor would send her for an MRI or Cat Scan ANY time she would complain of a headache BECAUSE of her family's history. Would that constitute a reasonably careful doc doing something different or are the circumstances still vague? Again, I really appreciate all your help.
