Actually Also I am still under medical care and can not even go to physical therapy regular they have to come to my home and do it because I have 15 steps to go down and I am non weight bearing.

Yes, actually my 10 year old step daughter was in the bathroom with me, I did file a formal report and have a copy of that report detailing the incident and I did seek medical attention that night straight from Target I went to Urgent Care and then was xrayed and sent to Orthopedic doctor following day from there I had an MRI and found to have a tear to my MCL in my knee and meniscus.
