I agree with Mr. Rafter, except that in Florida we don't use eviction when it is not a tenant. If your friend agreed to pay rent when moving in, you can serve a three day notice for the amount of rent that is now due and begin an eviction proceeding after the notice expires. If the friend never agreed to pay rent, then you will have to remove her using unlawful detainer, which is a very similar action to eviction. Good luck!
