There isn't much else I can tell you. You would have to prove damages if you are the sole plaintiff, and the amount of same (if any) would probably not make the expense of such a suit feasible.

You misread what I wrote. They do seem to post positive reviews if you advertise, but you did not read RipOff Report or you would have seen this happens to many businesses, including law firms. Class action lawsuits do not happen every day, so I am looking for some more practical advice.
