There is no restraining order...The "victim" is my wife and we want to be together. The conditions of my probation were that I have no contact with my wife "victim". This was a first and only charge I have againist me. Can the judge put a restraining order in place without me knowing it? My P.O. has told me that she has not yet got my paperwork back yet for my release from probation, but she told me "I was off of Probation" and I could move back home, but I was not to have any contact with my Wife. My Wife and I do not understand why she can say this to me?
