Hello Mr. Toscano I recieved form FL-190 (along with many other forms i submitted) with a date of Aug 30, 2012 and signed by clerk /court. This is the form that make it final correct? With that said, when I look at the La Superior court Online Case Summary page - the status still say's pending? What gives? thanks in advance for your help.

The notice of entry of judgment tells you a judgment was entered. There is 60 days for an appeal to be filed and the judgment is not final until then. This is why it is still pending.
