marked u as the best answer. I also have comparable sales around the time of the marriage. it is literally a condo with exact duplicates which were sold at those high values at the time of marriage. I was the only earner during the marriage and I was already making well into six figures when i married.. do any of these facts help me at all? Thanks for your advice.
