How can we afford you the fees go on and on ....I was married to an attorney and they know how to do those billable hours and make it take forever we cannot afford you there is plenty pro bono help out there on top of the State of Florida has attorneys that can help. thanks but no thanks you guys are for those whom have the money to pay you or can obtain it from other sources, I know u need to make a living too but not a killing

I did go to a bankruptcy attorney and I can afford Chapter 13 fees but he said with my wages as a nurse and I just started back working I have little credit card debt but like the payments would be 2400 a month, I only owe 90,000 originally it was like 80,000 the bank has changed hands three times. I tried to pay my default of 9,000 but they would not accept it because it was two weeks too late cannot understand that one.
