How do you know the attorney's fees without asking? Some attorneys will provide a free initial consultation. Call around and find one you can afford.
Please do not attempt to file bankruptcy on your own. be sure to consult an attorney regarding the bankruptcy to know your rights. You may have more options than you realize.

I did go to a bankruptcy attorney and I can afford Chapter 13 fees but he said with my wages as a nurse and I just started back working I have little credit card debt but like the payments would be 2400 a month, I only owe 90,000 originally it was like 80,000 the bank has changed hands three times. I tried to pay my default of 9,000 but they would not accept it because it was two weeks too late cannot understand that one. I will try to see if I can afford an attorney my X is one but he will not help me and he does Personal injury wrongful death as I had stated, I a, just starting back to work as a nurse and I am only going to work part time due to the fact more you make the more they will make you pay is that correct? I will look around for an attorney thanks so much, with kind regards
