Thank you Mr. Chen. In a nutshell, plaintiff is requesting tax returns because he wants to see how much i reported for my business. Plaintiff's lawsuit alleges that I did not disclose the accurate amount of business profit as he assumes that my income reported on tax returns are far less than what was disclosed to plaintiff prior to the sale. I have no problems turning over the tax returns but I feel like it is an invasion of privacy and I may have reported less on tax returns due to other personal reasons.
