I am not sure what your question is but you cannot alter an affidavit after one of the signatories has died.

My question is, Can someone change or add something to a prenup after one of the parties dies then re submit it ? It seems that LA has some strange laws, about what you can and cannot do. Thanks.

They can not just go to the prenup and just add it can they? Is it legal to go to the Court house and 6 years later change a pre nuptial agreement? after the person has passed?
