Hi, The Estate is still open, We can not get our Attorneys to work on it, We had to just let go our Attorney who has had our case for a year and has gotten 9 Subpeona's and wrote one letter and charged us $9800.00. So we are fixing to go to the Bar, any way he was our second lawyer, the first had our case for a year and wrote one letter and $3500.00 later we had to let him go. so as you see we are not having very good luck with representation, which is a big problem. All things found we have found, and I found that the pre nup was changed on the exact day six years later, so they tried to do it and did it. But we will make sure the Judge gets that info.
