I did hit him first, were not together but were trying to work things out with each other (if that makes sense.) Hes never been charged with any type of assault, only marijuanna and he has a DUI and speeding, and not wearing a seat belt. I ruined his bed with alcohol and he was going to press charges but decided not to because he fixed his bed. I just really want to drop theses because i didnt think about it before hand.
